La cuant\u00eda que sumen las cuotas impagadas debe equivaler al 3% del capital que prest\u00f3 el banco (o 12 cuotas) si se ha dejado de pagar en la primera mitad de vida del pr\u00e9stamo, o al 7% (o 15 cuotas) si es durante la segunda mitad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las cl\u00e1usulas suelo<\/strong> quedan prohibidas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La conversi\u00f3n o novaci\u00f3n de hipotecas<\/strong> entre variables y fijas se facilita y abarata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El cliente tendr\u00e1 10 d\u00edas para revisar su pr\u00e9stamo<\/strong> hipotecario (escritura) y contar\u00e1 con un asesoramiento espec\u00edfico del notario elegido durante ese per\u00edodo para resolver todas sus dudas, garantizar que no existen cl\u00e1usulas abusivas y que el cliente entiende lo que va a firmar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las entidades financieras deber\u00e1n ser m\u00e1s exhaustivas en la evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo<\/strong> y solvencia del cliente, consultando las bases del Banco de Espa\u00f1a, as\u00ed como tendr\u00e1n limitados los incentivos a los empleados por concesi\u00f3n de hipotecas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entrar\u00e1 en vigor el pr\u00f3ximo\u00a016 de Junio de 2019.
