Lo que ya no parece tan l\u00f3gico es que una vez dentro del rango de precio de mercado aconsejado, antes de confiar en un profesional, el propietario siga bajando y bajando el precio cuando no encuentra el comprador.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19.6000003814697px;\">Recuerdo un cap\u00edtulo de COLOMBO, donde el personaje interpretado por Peter Falk con su peculiar estilo bombardeaba preguntas al presunto culpable, un cirujano de prestigio, y le dec\u00eda algo as\u00ed: <i>\u00abusted es una persona famosa y brillante, respetada y considerada en su gremio.
