Hoy d\u00eda es casi misi\u00f3n imposible vender tu vivienda a no ser que hiles muy fino en aspectos como el precio de salida y el tiempo disponible para vender, pero ah\u00ed no se acaba todo si no que m\u00e1s bien es donde empieza.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando ponemos la&nbsp;casa en venta debemos hacer un par\u00e9ntesis en nuestra rutina diaria, porque no es posible que dediquemos m\u00e1s tiempo y neuronas a preparar un puente&nbsp;vacacional que&nbsp;la venta de nuestra casa. Pretendemos que se venda sola:&nbsp;<em>pongo el cartel, el&nbsp;anuncio en internet, un precio medio seg\u00fan la oferta&nbsp;y la ense\u00f1o con la mejor voluntad.<\/em>..y eso como&nbsp;que ya no,&nbsp;de nada servir\u00e1 porque la demanda es escasa, est\u00e1 esc\u00e9ptica y normalmente tiene demasiado donde elegir, as\u00ed que elije lo que le gusta de verdad.<\/p>\n<p>Si queremos realmente <em>\u00abvender\u00bb<\/em> nuestra casa, justo debemos empezar por eso mismo. Hay que poner encima de la mesa sus defectos y sus virtudes y prepararnos para el \u00abshow\u00bb: iluminarla, ordenarla, ventilarla, despejarla y \u00abneutralizarla\u00bb, perdonarme el \u00abpalabro\u00bb pero quiero decir que no valen decoraciones \u00abg\u00f3ticas\u00bb, ni ese sill\u00f3n-relax que se come medio sal\u00f3n o ese ficus gigante que desde el vest\u00edbulo se come al visitante.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el per\u00edodo de venta, que nunca deber\u00eda ser&nbsp;superior a seis meses, la vivienda deja en parte de ser nuestro hogar para empezar a ser un \u00abproducto\u00bb que hay que vender. Por tanto, pong\u00e1monos en faena.<\/p>\n<p>En nuevo milenio inmobiliaria,&nbsp;hemos iniciado un nuevo servicio especial de preparaci\u00f3n o \u00abpuesta en escena\u00bb de la vivienda (basado en el concepto americano de Home Staging), que ser\u00e1 especialmente \u00fatil para destacarte por encima de la mayor\u00eda de tu competencia. Porque hoy ya no se vende la vivienda m\u00e1s barata, se vende la m\u00e1s competitiva y la que mejor precio-producto ofrece, en definitiva, la m\u00e1s
