Todav\u00eda recuerdo un anuncio de una conocida marca de refrescos que vi hace a\u00f1os. Una pareja paseaba feliz, al atardecer, en un primer plano se ve\u00eda como la chica beb\u00eda el refresco y sonre\u00eda. Esta compa\u00f1\u00eda nos estaba vendiendo un momento de felicidad, que inmediatamente asoci\u00e1bamos con tomar esa bebida refrescante.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En \u00e9poca de crisis, en que los consumidores son m\u00e1s reacios a gastar el dinero en cualquier producto, <b>el marketing emocional vive un momento de auge<\/b>. Las marcas buscan transmitir sentimientos a los compradores, para as\u00ed aumentar las ventas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En el \u00e1mbito inmobiliario, la crisis ha contribuido a que los vendedores agudicen el ingenio y a que surjan y se importen <b>nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de persuasi\u00f3n hacia el comprador<\/b>. En un post anterior habl\u00e1bamos del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pisosenparqueoeste.com\/2013\/03\/la-importancia-de-preparar-una-vivienda.html\" target=\"_blank\">Home Staging<\/a>, que abarca una serie de t\u00e9cnicas profesionales dirigidas a que un piso en venta sea m\u00e1s atractivo para el comprador. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El marketing emocional o neuromarketing se est\u00e1 abriendo terreno nuevamente como t\u00e9cnica eficaz para acelerar la venta de un inmueble. Este m\u00e9todo busca transmitir sentimientos al posible comprador, estimulando de forma positiva sus sentidos. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">La<b>temperatura<\/b>, por ejemplo, es un factor importante a la hora de vender. En invierno hay que crear un ambiente c\u00e1lido, mientras que en verano hay que buscar bajar la temperatura. Evitar adornos \u201cestramb\u00f3ticos\u201d, acompa\u00f1ar la visita con un <b>hilo musical agradable<\/b> conseguir\u00e1 crear un ambiente relajado y reducir\u00e1 el efecto negativo de los ruidos exteriores. Colocar peque\u00f1os <b>ambientadores decorativos<\/b>, velas perfumadas y l\u00e1mparas con<b> iluminaci\u00f3n c\u00e1lida y tenue<\/b> en zonas estrat\u00e9gicas, es una forma de producir una sensaci\u00f3n de confort en el comprador.&nbsp; <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><b>Preparar caf\u00e9<\/b> ante la llegada de la visita perfumar\u00e1 el ambiente, adem\u00e1s de relajar al visitante, que se tomar\u00e1 su tiempo para escuchar las virtudes de la casa. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=5476787955138924919\" name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a>El objetivo es conseguir transmitir al comprador que est\u00e1 viendo un hogar, <b>produciendo un sentimiento de comodidad<\/b> que contribuir\u00e1 a acelerar su decisi\u00f3n de compra. Incluso saludar al comprador y salir a comprar el pan, revista, etc,&nbsp;dej\u00e1ndolo&nbsp;en manos de un agente inmobiliario, es un factor decisivo para que el comprador se sienta c\u00f3modo y pueda hablar y mirar con tranquilidad.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><b>La compra de una vivienda, de un hogar, es un proceso emocional<\/b>, saberlo entender tanto por parte de los compradores como de los vendedores resultar\u00e1 clave para conseguir el objetivo.
