En resumen, pisos que nos pueden salir m\u00e1s caros de lo que parece en un principio.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Uno de los problemas m\u00e1s frecuentes que se dan en estas viviendas es el de <b>instalaciones obsoletas y defectuosas<\/b>. En el caso de la <b>luz<\/b>, generalmente podemos encontrarnos con que las instalaciones no se adecuan a la normativa vigente, pudiendo ser necesario cambiar todo el cableado, colocar un cuadro nuevo y presentar un bolet\u00edn. Para una vivienda de 80 m2, los precios pueden oscilar entre 2000-3000 euros.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Las tuber\u00edas tambi\u00e9n pueden dar problemas. Algunas casas antiguas siguen teniendo tuber\u00edas de plomo que pueden ser perjudiciales para la salud, por lo que ser\u00eda conveniente sustituirlas por tuber\u00edas de otros materiales.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Las <b>tuber\u00edas antiguas<\/b> tienen m\u00e1s probabilidad de sufrir fisuras y provocar goteras, con lo que la necesidad de reparaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s frecuente que en una casa moderna.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><b>Ventanas viejas<\/b> que no a\u00edslan del fr\u00edo. Las ventanas antiguas pueden dar problemas al no cerrarse bien o no aislar del fr\u00edo. Las ventanas de madera o de hierro pueden aumentar el gasto energ\u00e9tico de su vivienda. Es mejor sustituirlas por ventanas de aluminio o PVC.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Otro problema com\u00fan es el de las<b> humedades<\/b>. Generalmente vemos las humedades como una molestia est\u00e9tica, sin saber que las humedades son s\u00edntomas de problemas m\u00e1s graves. Para eliminarlas lo mejor es incorporar un aislante en la pared, sanear la zona.
