Consideramos que son varios factores los que han influido en ello: importante\u00a0<b>demanda latente<\/b>, mejora de la\u00a0<b>financiaci\u00f3n<\/b>,\u00a0<b>precios medios<\/b>\u00a0atractivos y\u00a0<b>stock reducido<\/b>\u00a0han sido claros aceleradores.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'helvetica neue' , 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'helvetica neue' , 'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif; font-size: medium;\">Hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o que estamos recuperando el pulso de los clientes que desean cambiar de casa. Pero \u00bfcu\u00e1les son los\u00a0<b>factores que determinan el \u00e9xito<\/b>\u00a0en este delicado proceso? Si quieres cambiar de vivienda lo primero es valorar tu propiedad actual. Una vez dispongas de un\u00a0<\/span><b style=\"color: #222222; font-family: inherit;\">precio real de mercado<\/b><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: inherit;\">, calcula todos los gastos que te supondr\u00e1 la venta, r\u00e9stalos y descuenta al menos un 5%, ese es tu punto de partida. A continuaci\u00f3n debes revisar toda la oferta en venta y seleccionar una propiedad que encajar\u00eda en tus planes de compra. No es necesario que te enamores de ella simplemente que sepas que la vivienda tipo que comprar\u00edas existe y est\u00e1 en venta.
