En esos casos suele surgir la pregunta de si se requiere poner a disposici\u00f3n del comprador o inquilino el certificado de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-x1hr_ZTgRvw\/UrrOy-JjQhI\/AAAAAAAAAcc\/va4qjd9a1Dc\/s1600\/local+en+bruto.jpg\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"239\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-x1hr_ZTgRvw\/UrrOy-JjQhI\/AAAAAAAAAcc\/va4qjd9a1Dc\/s320\/local+en+bruto.jpg\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Pues bien, seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, RD 235\/2013, en su art\u00edculo 2 se indica <b>que se excluyen del \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n los edificios que se compren o alquilen para reformas importantes o demoliciones.<\/b><br \/><b><br \/><\/b>Asimismo debemos considerar que estos inmuebles suelen sufrir modificaciones importantes cada vez que en ellos se cambia su actividad.
